“Galatians
4:2222 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, one by the
handmaid, and one by the freewoman.
23 Howbeit the son by the handmaid is born
after the flesh; but the son by the freewoman is born through
promise.,28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise.”
Dear
Father, the God of promises, We praise You for promising salvation to all who
would believe. We rejoice in being a children of promise. Lord, no effort or
ingenuity of our flesh could have ever given us a place in Your family. Please
teach us to live by Your promises, all
the way. Amen.
